From the minute I walked into the showroom I felt I was being looked after 100 After I ordered the Mini I was kept fully informed on the expected date of delivery and of course it was a lovely surprise when the car arrived earlier than expected

I would recommend The Country Garage as a centre of excellence regarding service user experience. The staff and the environment were welcoming, friendly and very hospitable. Buying my first Mini went smoothly, calmly and with no delays.

This was a safety recall and I was asked to pay for insurance to have courtesy car, surely this cannot be right, I argued and asked for collect and return then they said that insurance had been sorted
