Abby handled the booking process very professionally and maintained this behaviour during the check-in for the service. The engineer telephoned me to chat about a couple of issues and made a recommendation for change which I approved.

Overall the experience was excellent. I dropped it off, was served coffee & biscuits, left & picked it up again at the arranged time.

Told I needed rear brake pads at a service for £200. Booked it in a month later then informed calipers seized and discs scored and rusted up. Car stuck on ramp so had to pay £1000 for all 3 when I could have got it done elsewhere for half of that.
