4/5 relating to Frustration due to being unable to get a timeframe for when car would be looked at. I needed to make plans for car rental etc . However when worked did start, it was completed timeously

My mini booked in for a recall. The booking and hire car process was flawless. The problem lay after the mini was collected from repair. Car broke down two mile from garage. Danger to our lives, no apology or compensation. Yes collected from house
